A) Provide a safe work environment.B) On the lower North Sunroom roof remove 3 courses of siding and trim between the flat roof door and the window. C) Remove the angle flashing and 3 courses of slate saving whole sound slates for reinstallation later to allow us to investigate the source of the sunroom leak. If no apparent leak source is found further siding/slate removal may be required on a separate change order.D) Remove underlayment as needed to expose wood deck.E) Replace any deteriorated wood roof decking as needed at $9.50 per lineal foot plywood sheathing to be replaced by the square foot.F) Any additional structural carpentry work needed that is essential to the completion of the proposed roof work will be performed at an additional time ($150.00/hr.) and material basis plus 20% on material.G) Install new ice and water shield on the exposed roof and a minimum of 1’ up the wall.H) Reinstall previously removed slates Renaissance Roofing to supply slates to complete the work 100%.I) Install new larger angle flashing and siding.J) Replace up to 10 additional broken slates around the house.K) Clean up and remove all workrelated debris from the jobsite.
