Provide materials, labor, and supervision to remove the existing 60 HP steam boiler and replace it with Hurst 60 HP Boiler Skid Package. Package comes complete with (1)vertical 60 HP 150 PSI Tubeless Boiler, (1) 60 Gallon Feedwater System, (1) 30 Gallon Chemical Feed System, and (1) 8"x26" Blowdown seperator. Existing boiler will be removed via the exterior second floor doors and landing. New skid to be installed through the same opening. Gootee will expand the opening for the removal and installation. After installation we will bring the door opening back to existing condition. Disconnection and Reconnecting the existing electrical is included. Any additional electrical upgrades can be priced seperately. Starter for Condensate return pump is included. All new piping to be insulated as per local codes. Proposal is for the removal of the existing boiler and for the install of the new boiler plant only. Any repairs need to the existing systems is not included
