To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read “GALLERIA Bella original fine art establich 1915” per drawings stamped VCC approved 9/15/26: Sign will measure: 24" w x 40" h Sign will hang perpendicular to the street, at corner from existing bracket. Sign will hang from chain from existing bracket Sign will have a white background with black and gold lettering No additional illumination or lighting is approved Note: All existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least 8’-0” above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 4'-0" from the building face.
