SCHEDULE DISCONNECT/RECONNECT WITH THE SERVING UTILITY AND OBTAIN UTILITY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO YOUR SCOPE OF WORK. FAILURE TO SCHEDULE DISCONNECT MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL UTILITY TRIP CHARGE FEES AND CHARGES FOR ANY DAMAGE TO DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT.
