Special Inspections Required: Emergency Responder Radio Coverage IFC 510, fabricated items, steel construction, concrete construction, masonry construction, soils, high-strength bolting, and post-installed anchors, ground-fault protection systems, conductors, and panelboard systems. Requirements of 2024 IECC Section C406 were not addressed under this permit and will be required to be addressed as part of the future tenant improvement permit Deferred fire sprinklers, fire alarm, electric vehicle gates, and steel joists/joist girders/trusses.
