This Project involves the construction required for the interior fit-out of approximately 5,200 GSF on the second floor of 14 Story Street for HCP office space. The existing suite, most recently occupied as office space, will be renovated to support a new workplace layout and updated building systems.The scope of work includes demolition of existing offices and kitchenette areas; reconfiguration of enclosed offices to improve access to natural daylight and increase open workstation space; modifications to MEP and HVAC connections, lighting, and power/data systems; and installation of new doors, hardware, and interior finishes. Additional work includes painting and other cosmetic upgrades necessary including but not limited to replacement of flooring and ceiling tiles to support the renovated layout.
