1. The scope includes carefully opening the existing built-up roof at each anchor location (49 total), creating an opening large enough to install the new anchor adjacent to the existing anchor. Once the new anchor has been installed, and the existing anchor removed, infill the roof opening, and patch the area back using like materials to restore the roof system to its original condition. 2. Additionally, we will provide temporary waterproofing at all anchor locations opened by the subcontractor in advance of our permanent flashing work. This temporary protection will remain in place until we can complete permanent flashing and tie-in of the new anchors on the same day where feasible
