Referencing the included "300 Third St Phased Occupancy Plan", section "Phase 1 Renovaton", scope of work will include:-Level P1: Demo of existing process support spaces to rebuild new process support spaces-Level P2: Demo of existing pH room to rebuild new pH room & installation of new mechanical unit on low roof-Level 1: Rebuild/renovate partial floor plate for new lab space-Level 2: Demo of existing mechanical rooms to rebuild new mechanical rooms-Level 3: Mechanical riser work & fire alarm upgrades only-Level 4: Mechanical riser work, fire alarm upgrades, & roof structural steel upgradess only-Roof/Penthouse: Demo, replacement, & install of new mechanical rooftop units. This work will require the modification of existing exterior screenwall to accommodate new mechanical unit layout
