Commercial project

What the public record says

The entrance signs to our subdivision (of which I am the HOA President) are being replaced with new, nearly identical signs because the old ones are worn out. The signs are bolted onto the brick wall located on either side of the subdivision entrance at Myrtle Hill Lane and Highland Road. We intend to unbolt the two signs and bolt on the two new signs in the exact same locations. Project should take about 2 hours from start to finish.
