Scope of Work: -Perform tunneling to access up to 70ft. of drain line piping under building with units #27 - #40. -Remove up to 70ft. of existing cast iron drain line piping. -Supply and install up to 70ft. of new PVC piping and necessary fittings. Any transition fittings / couplings will be shielded w/ stainless steel. -Piping to be secured to concrete foundation every 3ft. w/ stainless steel all-thread and hangers. -Test installed piping for proper function. -Supply sand for backfill of excavation. -All dirt from excavation will be left over after backfill. To be removed at owners expense. -Perform video pipe inspection on remaining piping of building where work is being performed to confirm piping a condition to offer pipe coating services or lining. Additional estimate will be sent pending results of video pipe inspection.
